Q: How long does it take to get to my goal?

A: You can get them once or twice a week based on how you are feeling. If you want that extra boost, you can come in approximately every 2-3 days.

A: There are many things that you are able to eat, but try and stay away from the dairy, grains, and sugars.
Q: Once I attain my goal weight, will I gain it all back?
A: The most important thing to keep in mind is that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. We will teach you a better way of eating. As long as you incorporate the Paleo Lifestyle you will maintain your desired weight.
Q: How long will my first appointment take?
A: About 30-45 Min
Q: Do I need an appointment every time?
A: No appointment necessary after your very first visit. Walk in at your convenience and it normally takes about five to ten minutes.
Q: Can I be seen at either location?
A: Of course! If you are being prescribed the medication, we prefer to only dispense it at one location for pharmaceutical purposes. We understand that life can get in the way and you may not be able to make it to your regular location. In this instance we can occasionally accommodate you if necessary. You are more than welcomed to stop at either location for your injection.

A: Absolutely, you may receive the shot while ill. B vitamins help to boost the immune system.

A: Occasionally they have a slight sting, but for the most part, do not hurt. It is important to relax the leg when the injection is administered.

A: The medication can act as a stimulant. You may notice a slight difference but it usually takes three days to get used to the medication.
Q: Can I get a shot if I am pregnant or breast feeding?
A: Our first suggestion would be to consult your Doctor. If approved, you can get pure vitamin B12. B12 can help with nausea during pregnancy and will also help with weight loss after the baby gets here and you choose to breast feed.
Q: Do you bill insurance?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t. We do accept HSA cards.
